Wow this is depressing.

“THINGS WERE BETTER WHEN I WAS A KID!”
Guys.
Most of those shows didn’t even air contemporaneously. Many of them are reruns from the early days of animation, so they’re not even things CN made. Worse yet, a shit-ton of those characters are from the same series, so it’s not like each character represents a different series.
The one on the right is also ignoring a bunch of programs that CN plays:

Johnny Test (TV-Y7/TV-Y7-FV) (January 7, 2008 – present) *
Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated (TV-Y7-FV) (July 12, 2010 – present) *
MAD (TV-PG) (September 6, 2010 – present) *
Young Justice (TV-PG) (January 7, 2011 – present)
The Looney Tunes Show (TV-PG) (May 3, 2011 – present)
Almost Naked Animals (TV-Y7-FV) (June 13, 2011 – present)
Redakai: Conquer the Kairu (TV-Y7-FV) (July 16, 2011 – present)
Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu (TV-Y7-FV) (January 11, 2012 – present) *
Pokémon: Black & White: Rival Destinies (TV-Y7-FV) (February 18, 2012 – present) *
Green Lantern: The Animated Series (TV-PG-V) (March 3, 2012 – present)
Total Drama: Revenge of the Island (TV-PG-D) (June 5, 2012 – present) *
What’s New, Scooby-Doo? (TV-Y7) (September 14, 2002 – July 21, 2006; September 8, 2009 – present)
Pokémon: Black & White (TV-Y7-FV) (February 12, 2011 – present)
Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge (TV-Y7-FV) (March 5, 2011 – present)
Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies (TV-G) (October 1, 1992 – October 2, 2004; November 15 – December 18, 2009; March 14, 2011 – present)
Beyblade: Metal Masters (TV-Y7-FV) (August 20, 2011 – present)
Star Wars: The Clone Wars (TV-PG-V) (October 3, 2008 – present) Returns September 2012[1]
Casper’s Scare School (TV-Y7) (October 5, 2009 – present) Returns October 2012[2]
The Garfield Show (TV-Y7) (November 2, 2009 – present)
Generator Rex (TV-PG-V) (April 23, 2010 – present)
The Problem Solverz (TV-PG) (April 4, 2011 – present) Returns Fall 2012 [3]

Scaredy Squirrel (TV-Y7-FV) (August 9, 2011 - present) Returns TBA 2012[2]

We get it. Everything was cooler, more fun, and way better in every way when you were twelve. Today’s kids are going to say the exact same thing about the next generation’s cartoons.
Get over yourselves.

I don’t think you quite got what the depressing part was my friend. The depressing part is that they used to have all those shorts and little scenes and even full on shows; that were crossovers and created this idea of a wacky universe where all these cartoons were together or even that they were actors for the shows. And while to some extent that does still exist it doesn’t to the extent of the glory of what once was. Its just a nostalgic throwback to a time when they could put all those characters together and do fun wacky things with them together. The sad depressing thing is that we can’t see that anymore it just saying wouldn’t it be cool if they could still do this? And really it would be cool if not easily feasible these days it would still be cool!
